Joint account holders should both opt out.

Order copies of your credit report from a reputable credit bureau.
Keep track of billing cycles of your credit cards. Investigate any late arriving statements.

Guard your PIN's and passwords from theft. Do not share them with anyone.
Monitor bank & credit cards statements carefully and report any unauthorized charges.

Fort Madison Bank & Trust Co. does not use "cookie" technology, although our Online Banking vendor server does use a "cookie" to assist in completing a reconnection quicker. We make no attempts to identify individual users unless illegal behavior is suspected.
Our Internet WebsiteAll users of our Website remain anonymous. Standard software is used to collect and store ONLY non-identifying information such as, the Internet service provider and browser information of the computer in which you are accessing our web site.
User of our web site should not send personal information via email because it is not encrypted and therefore not secure.
